Are all Artífice Handmade products made in Venezuela?
While this is a challenging feat for numerous reasons, including the absence of high quality products Venezuelan manufacturing, Artífice Handmade goal is to build products that are predominantly Venezuelan manufactured and we are working with like-minded partners to make that happen.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Artifice Handmade Gift Cards and PayPal.
Is it safe to use my credit card to make an online purchase?
We’ve taken extraordinary precautions to ensure that our customers' information is 100% safe and secure. Our encryption technologies are provided by COMODO and surpass industry standards, by screening every transaction for fraud through a third-party company.
When does my Artífice Handmade Gift Card expire?
Gift cards never expire. They are good as long as there are funds on it.

Delivery Times?
We try to ship in stock orders within 1-2 working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item. UPS/DHL Express will usually take 1-3 working days to then deliver your package to main cities around the world.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship Artífice Handmade Products all over the world to most destinations everyday from the Venezuela with DHL. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. It takes just a few days to deliver your order, wherever you are, however we don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc.If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us.Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control we are only able to ship to business addresses in Russia.
I have just Placed my order, what happens next?
We will start processing your order immediately. As long as the goods are in stock, they will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address it's not always possible to change it in time but please contact us immediately to see what we can do.
